The hotel was PERFECTLY FINE, with good sized rooms. Everybody was very helpful. The pool area was good and the location was stunning, next to amazing beach, public transport and pine trees.

Enjoyed their good service. Relaxed by the pool, it was good, especially when the weather was fine. Had a very nice stay here.

Property was absolutely great, with affable staff and stunning location to upgrade to all inclusive as the mini market is overly priced. Located in the middle of the city. Also - near a beautiful beach and two pools, and pretty gardens, super close to the beach and supermarkets.

Location: the hotel was close to pretty gardens as well as the mini market. Had new-fashioned room with a comfortable bed, so I slept well. The service was good, totally satisfied.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful, providing exceptional service and ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The kids club, run by Christina, is a standout feature, with a variety of fun activities to entertain the little ones. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as Android TVs and blackout curtains for a comfortable stay.

There was one minor area for improvement, but overall, everything was satisfactory.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The basic amenities, including the comfortable beds and usable kitchen, were exactly what we needed for a relaxing holiday. We also loved the convenience of having supermarkets and restaurants nearby, as well as being close to the stunning beach.
